So this is kind of a long story, but I'll try and make it as short and simplistic as possible. :) I'm from Northern IL, and I met this guy, Alex (from missouri) when I was visiting my friends at a college. Well we hit it off, exchanged phone numbers, and a few months down the road, believe it or not, he was looking at jobs in the chicago area. So, he had an interview a few weeks ago, and told me that he would be in my area. Alex decided to get a hotel in between my hometown and where his interview was. Well, I use to go to school in Southern Wisconsin and there was a BIIIG party up there. So I thought it would be cool if Alex came with me. So I drove down to his hotel, left my car there, and HE drove us up to Kenosha. The plan was that if we got too drunk, we were gonna have a sober person drive us to a hotel in Kenosha to spend the night. Well, long story short, party had about 100 people there, him and i got seperated, and he ended up drinking WAAAAYYY too much, passing out in his car with it on, doors open with ALL my stuff in there. My friend and I woke him up and told him we needed to get a hotel in Kenosha. Well, he wanted to drive back to his other hotel in Glenview and insisted on it.... my friends told me to get the hell out of the car and just stay with them in Kenosha.. he ended up driving drunk back to Glenview..... So I was pretttttttttyyyy pissed at him.. and to make matters worse, I left my phone in his car so I HAD to see him the next day. Kenosha to Glenview is about an hour and a half drive and I was stranded without my car.... I was SOOOOO angry.. and I think I had a right to be.... well, few weeks later (now) he ended up getting the job in Chicago and is texting me nonstop. I've told him off a few times, and hes telling me that hes really bored cuz he doesn't know anyone in the area. I feel like I'm being too harsh on him and I should just let it go because he's apologized so many times, but at the same time, I think I have a right to never talk to him again after that night. The original goal was for us to try to work on a relationship and to see what came out of it.. and I think he completely blew it. Does anyone have any good advice for me?? Thanks in advance :)...
